Talent Acquisition Networking Source (TANS) is an independent association of recruiting professionals based in Nashville, TN. We represent approximately 500 members and 200 companies.  Founded in 2006, our goal is to provide an educational platform to improve the professional recruiting skills of our membership.  Through monthly meetings, an annual conference and awards ceremony we bring a wealth of knowledge to the talent acquisition community.

Your Growth is Our Growth.  We want to continue our path towards becoming the preeminent recruiting association in the country by bringing leading thought leadership to Middle Tennessee.
